Tips from the Top Hand

  • Bring a hearty appetite, and we’ll provide the vittles!
  • Cowhands know that the high country gets cool, so bring a jacket for the dinner outdoors.  Afterwards, you’ll head into the historic Sun Valley Opera House for the hilarious Wah-Hoo Revue!
  • Our “Cookie” rings the dinner bell at 6:00 p.m. sharp, so don’t wander in from the herd late!
  • Sun Valley offers its patrons a unique blend of outdoor activities and great evening entertainment and plenty of dining options, so plan on spending some time with us.

The first American to capture Olympic Alpine ski medals in 1948 was Sun Valley’s own Gretchen Fraser in 1948.
