All international
applicants must fill out an application and mail in a hard copy or e-mail format using Rich-Text format. Applications should also be typed, NOT HANDWRITTEN, and include a cover letter stating the following: Which type visa you are applying for, what position(s) you are interested in, and your available dates. We must also have a legible e-mail to contact you should Sun Valley  have an available position.

Interested J1 Visa Applicants
In order to be eligible for a J1 Visa you must currently be a student between the ages of 19 and 35.

WINTER 2009-2010 J1 WORK AND TRAVEL POSITIONS WILL BE FILLED IN COOPERATION WITH OUR VISA SPONSOR PARTNERS -CCUSA, INTEJ, AND INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGE.
WE WILL BE TRAVELING WITH OUR PARTNERS TO INTERVIEW J1 WAT STUDENTS IN AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, IRELAND, PERU, ARGENTINA, CHILE, AND BRAZIL.
****INDEPENDENT J1 WAT APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15 JULY TO FILL REMAINING POSITIONS****
J1 WAT APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THROUGH SUN VALLEY'S WINTER SEASON- 1 DECEMBER - 15 APRIL

J1 Visas are generally good for 5 months (December-April, June-October), 4 months of work and 1 month of traveling. Employee housing is available for full time employees for $3.00 a day per dorm, and are usually shared with other employees.

Sun Valley Company is not accepting any H-2B applications for the 2010 summer season.

Please check back in late June for information regarding the application dates for winter 2010 – 2011.
