Q: When is the best time to purchase my pass?
 
Answer: Winter passes go on sale at the lowest price available during the summer before the next ski season.  This is the best time to purchase passes and get the very best value for your dollar.  Please check www.sunvalley.com for the exact dates.
 
Q:  I have purchased my pass, how can I pick up my pass?
 
Answer:  Renewing pass holders that have successfully purchased online can begin using their pass as soon as we begin operations. New pass holders and those who purchase over the phone must come to the River Run pass office to have a photograph and sign a Release of Liability Agreement.  College pass holders are required to provide college documentation.  For more detailed information on how to pick up your pass please call Sun Valley Lift Ticketing at 208-622-6136 or 800-894-9931 lifttickets@sunvalley.com
 
Q:  Are there any Restrictions on the 20 day pass?
 
Answer:  No the 20 day pass is good for 20 days of skiing any 20 days you want.  However, all passes are non transferable and unused days are nonrefundable. 
 
Q:  If I use all 20 of my days can I get a discount on tickets for more days?

Answer: yes, If you have used all 20 of your days you may purchase a five pack of days at a discounted rate one time. 

Q:  Can I upgrade my 20 day pass to a full season pass during the season? What will the cost be?
 
Answer:  Yes, you may upgrade your 20 day pass to a full season pass at any time during the season.  The cost will reflect the pricing for the Season pass at the time of the upgrade, Not the cost at the time of original purchase.
 
Q:  Can I combine my 20 day pass with any other passes?

Answer:  Your 20 day pass can be combined with an early/late season pass and a dollar season pass only. 

Q:  Can I purchase two 20 day passes for myself?

Answer:  No you can only buy one 20 day pass, and only one 5 day upgrade.

Q:  I have purchased a Sun Plus Season pass how do I take advantage of the added benefits? 
 
Answer:  To receive your discount for Sun Valley village restaurants and Sun Valley retail locations you must show your Sun Plus pass at the time of purchase.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 
To redeem your 6 days of free skiing at Snowbasin you must bring your Sun Plus pass with you and take it directly to the lift.  The days skied will be automatically deducted from your pass.  This offer is valid for any 6 days of the season without blackout dates and is non-transferable.  For more information on Snowbasin please go to www.snowbasin.com.

Q: How do I qualify for the College 6 pack?
 
Answer:  You must provide proof of fulltime status (12 undergraduate credits or using the criteria established by the specific learning institution) in an accredited college or university. Students will be required to present proof of credits, paid tuition and valid photo identification in order to pick up pass.  There will be no exceptions!
