Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain will open for the 2009-2010 Winter Season on Thursday, November 26th, 2009!
Lifts scheduled to be running include #1 River Run, #2 Roundhouse Gondola, #3 Christmas, #10 Challenger, and #15 Kinderspielplatz.
Trails scheduled to be open and groomed include Upper College, Flying Squirrel, Lower Picabo, Lower Warm Springs, Roundhouse Lane, Mid River Run, 42nd Street, Lower River Run and the Kinderspielplatz.
The River Run Lodge, Warm Springs Lodge, Lookout (limited early season service), and Roundhouse will all be open as well.
Lower River Run will feature a progression terrain park, to remain until mid-December.
Lifts will run to the top 9:00 to 3:45. Lower Lifts will run 9:00 to 4:00.

Winter ski and snowboard passes are on sale at the Ticket Office at River Run, the Sun Valley Recreation Center in the Sun Valley Village and on-line at skipass.sunvalley.com.
The Brass Ranch at River Run is open daily from 10am to 5pm. They have snacks and drinks available, as well as great deals on summer hiking and casual apparel, winter ski and snowboard clothing and fun accessories for all seasons. They also have new winter arrivals daily, so come by to pick up the newest in winter gear and take advantage the great savings!
Pete Lane's is open daily from 10am to 5pm daily. They have new equipment for the 2009-10 season available and custom boot fitting by appointment. Season locker and ski storage is available.
