We offer three options to gently introduce your young child to skiing: The Mom or Dad with Child 1 hour private lesson, the Tiny Tracks group lesson, or a private lesson of your choosing. Lessons are held at Dollar Mountain and your child must have turned 3 by the start of the lesson to participate in the Tiny Tracks Group lesson or Mom or Dad with Child 1 hour private lesson. We do not offer lessons for children under the age of 3 years old. Children may also enroll in the Sun Valley Resort Day Care by calling (208) 622-2135.

Sun Valley Resort Day Care

The Sun Valley Resort also offers a Day Care operated separately from the SnowSports School. The Day Care is carefully supervised by a well-trained and fully certified staff. Advanced reservations are required and space is limited. Call (208) 622-2135 for more information or email recreation@sunvalley.com

Three and four year olds enrolled in daycare at Dollar Mountain can also sign up and participate in the SnowSports School Tiny Tracks lesson at noon. Please enroll in the Day Care by calling (208) 622-2135, and please enroll in the Tiny Tracks Group Lesson by downloading and completing the above Group Registration form.
