2008 Alpine Ski Workshop

February 8-10

Goals

Share an enjoyable skiing experience with a supportive group of new friends and women instructors.
Develop ways to deal with fear and build self-confidence… Improve personal skiing with the help of positive instructor feedback.
To ski the miles necessary to improve and achieve personal goals.

February Workshop

Friday night welcome cocktail party at Pete Lane's
Ski with Guest Coach Lisa Densmore, a member of Head's International Design/Ski Team
Experienced women ski instructors including women's clinic specialist Lisa Densmore.
Instruction to improve personal skills; on snow instruction 5 hours each day.
Ski Demos available thoughout the day.
Lunch each day at River Run Lodge.
Video analysis and critique used in a positive, supportive environment.
Apres ski party on the last day to celebrate. A great way to regroup to share your experiences with other group members.
