While the forecast calls for high-seventies and beautiful weather for Baldy Bluebird, we have to be prepared for possible inclement weather in the mountains.
If weather acts up with lightning in the area, we may need to evacuate the lawn. River Run staff will continuously monitor weather and will inform guests in the event of an evacuation. Guests should have a plan in place to return to their vehicle and seek shelter if needed. Guests will not be able to shelter inside at River Run. Guests will not be refunded in the event that the lawn does not open or closes early as a result of weather.
Sign up to receive operational text messages from Sun Valley Resort and be alerted of any weather-related closures or delays.
Parking for attendees will be available at the Main Lot River Run and Trail Creek.
The Lower Lot at River Run is reserved for folks with handicap placards and our amazing production crew.
Camping in the parking lots is a no-go. Security will be patrolling throughout the night.
Blankets and chairs are encouraged! No high-back chairs will be allowed in order to allow everyone to see the stage. Just remember, it's general admission seating on the lawn, so no chairs or saving spots before doors open.
There will be wristbands for re-entry, so grab one at the entrance if you plan on stepping out for a bit.
We love picnics as much as the next person, but for this event, outside food and drinks are not allowed. We'll have plenty of yummy options on-site to satisfy your hunger.
We know concerts can get loud. The awesome staff at River Run will keep the volume in check. If you ever need a little extra quiet time, we'll have earplugs available at the front entrance for free.
Please remember to leave your furry friends at home.
