Media Accreditation Application

All accreditation for media members may be picked up at the Continental Room in the Sun Valley Inn.
Media accreditation may be picked up March 18th–27th from 8am–4pm.

Sun Valley Resort is easily accessible, with non-stop daily flights to Hailey's Friedman Memorial Airport (KSUN) from major hubs from the Midwest to the West Coast. Located just 14 miles from the resort, Friedman Memorial Airport has daily nonstop flights from San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Chicago. These cities are served by most major airlines and are met by Sun Valley’s connecting carriers, Alaska Airlines, Delta Connection (Operated by SkyWest), and United Express (Operated by SkyWest).
Other alternative airports are Boise Airport (KBOI), located 150 miles (244 kilometers) west, and Salt Lake City (KSLC), located 300 miles (476 kilometers) south. Both airports are served by major carriers, including United, Delta, American, JetBlue, Alaska, and Southwest.
For added convenience, shuttle services are available from both Hailey's Friedman Memorial Airport and Boise Airport (KBOI). Rental cars are also available from various locations, including Hailey, Boise, and Salt Lake City.
Transportation around Sun Valley is offered by the Mountain Rides complimentary bus service throughout the Wood River Valley, including round trips from the Sun Valley Village to both Bald and Dollar mountains and to the towns of Ketchum and Elkhorn Springs.
Limited parking is available at the resort. We ask that members of the media please utilize the Mountain Rides complimentary bus service.

The Media Center for the 2025 Sun Valley World Cup Finals is located near the race arena finish and will provide ample space for working media members. Wi-Fi, continental breakfast, and lunch will be offered daily to accredited media members.

A mandatory Photographer Briefing for all on-course photographers will take place on Tuesday, March 19th at 4pm in the Media Center. All on-course photographer armbands will be distributed following the Photographer Briefing.
*All on-course photo access must be approved by the Chief of Photography. Priority will be provided to photographers with previous on-course access, photographers covering the FIS Ski World Cup Circuit, and wire agencies. Photographers granted on-course access will be notified by the Chief of Photography and MUST attend the Mandatory Photographer Briefing.
All World Cup races take place on the International Trail, finishing in the Warm Springs Base Area of Bald Mountain.
