Artist Bio

A Cincinnati, OH native now living in Nova Scotia, Canada, multi-instrumentalist and recording artist Mike Reese toured for 15 years across Eastern/Southern America and Canada playing Bluegrass, Americana, Jazz, and Blues with his main bands Chasing Blue and Billy Wylder. Opening for acts such as Taj Mahal, The Avett Brothers, John Prine, Doyle Lawson, and Chris Thile and focusing on electric guitar, Mike now spends his time playing in the Atlantic Canada region ripping up classic Blues/rock tunes, and diving into contemporary jazz and jam-style music with a classic Americana flare.
