Can VIP tickets be transferred between guests?

VIP tickets are valid for the specific race dates included in your purchased package: Speed (March 22-23), Tech (March 25-27), or All-Access (March 22-23 & 25-27). You may transfer a ticket you purchased to another guest, but ticket transfers must be made in advance; same-day transfers are not permitted and each VIP ticket may only be redeemed once per day.

Do VIP tickets include access to any 5850 events?

VIP packages do not include access to the 5850 VIP experience. 5850 VIP passes must be purchased separately on the 5850 website here. Outside of the 5850 VIP passes, 5850 Fest is free and open to the public.

Are VIP tickets refundable?

VIP tickets are non-refundable.

Where are the locations for free spectator viewing (e.g., finish line, course side)?

Free spectator viewing will be available at the race course finish line and along the course venue.

Is a ticket required to watch the event from these areas?

No ticket is required to watch the event from these free viewing areas. However, the on-hill spectator areas will require a lift ticket as they are all skier accessed. Purchase lift tickets here.

Are Grandstand tickets refundable?

Grandstand tickets are non-refundable.

Will there be any public parking available at Warm Springs during the event?

No, there will be no public parking available at Warm Springs during the event (March 18th-28th).

What are the parking arrangements for those with existing Warm Springs parking permits?

Limited parking will be available for those with existing Warm Springs parking permits.

What transportation options will be available for the public to reach Warm Springs?

All members of the public will need to utilize shuttle or bus transportation (Mountain Rides) to reach the Warm Springs base. Visit the Parking & Transportation page for free spectator parking locations & transportation schedules with service to Warm Springs.

How will the shuttle system to Warm Springs operate during the event?

All existing Mountain Rides bus stops will be operational to provide service to Warm Springs.

Will lift operations be affected?

Overall lift operations will not be affected during the event. Challenger and Flying Squirrel lifts will be open for public use. During the Giant Slalom events on March 25th and March 26th, Challenger mid-station unloading will not be permitted. Additionally, from March 20th-27th, foot traffic passengers will not be permitted on Challenger Lift for loading or downloading.

How will the public be informed about transportation routes, shuttle schedules, and other event updates?

Mountain Rides will operate its current bus stops and will increase frequency during the event. Information on transportation routes, shuttle schedules, and other event updates will be communicated through official event channels and resort communications. What is the bag policy?

All persons and bags will be searched prior to entering the venue. There will be bag check available at the Warm Springs base area near the lodge.
