Whether you're hitting the pool to relax or swim laps, Sun Valley Resort has options for you. Choose from one of three pools - including two year-round outdoor heated pools and one olympic pool open in the summer. The Fitness Center at the Lodge is outfitted with spin bikes, Precor aerobic equipment, Hoist weight machines, free weights, and a serene fitness studio. Views of the new and expansive pool/cabana area and Baldy Mountain are sure to inspire you to push your workout just a bit.

Whether your goal is improved athletic performance, stress relief, increased energy, improved health or simply trying something new, Sun Valley Resort Fitness offers an extensive range of enjoyable yet highly effective group fitness classes for ages 14 & older.

This summer, enjoy Yoga at River Run presented by Brass Ranch. All levels are welcome to these free one-hour classes held outdoors at River Run Plaza on Saturdays. Space is limited, please arrive at 8:45am to register. Please bring your own mat and water, and we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
