Exclusively for high school students residing in Blaine County and provides access to play after 12:00pm, seven days a week, on our Trail Creek and White Clouds courses.  

• Must be a registered student during the 2024-2025 school year to be eligible for the 2025 summer season. (This includes graduating seniors.)  
• Blaine County Youth pass holders must possess a valid permanent driver's license to rent or drive golf carts. Individuals who do not possess a valid permanent driver's license must be accompanied by a licensed individual. The fee for a non-playing cart driver is $50 for 18 holes and $30 for nine holes.  
• Ability to reserve tee times 1 week in advance.
• Blaine County Youth pass holders may purchase bag storage for $225, a driving range pass for $225, and/or a locker rental for the season for $200.
