Welcome to Your VIP Experience

We're thrilled you're joining us for the Stifel Sun Valley Finals! Please use this page as a guide to your VIP experience, as it contains key information on ticket pick-up, the VIP tent at Warm Springs, VIP shuttles, and more. 

Event Registration

Event registration is located in the Continental Room of the Sun Valley Inn on March 18th–27th from 8am–5pm. Please stop by to pick-up the following:

• VIP tickets
• Lift tickets (if pre-purchased)
• Parking pass will be provided for the Pavilion parking lot if needed. See more information on the VIP Shuttle Service below. There is no parking at the race venue at Warm Springs.
• VIP swag bag (1 per person)

It is recommended that you visit Event Registration at least one day prior to the date of your first ticket.

VIP Tent

• The VIP tent opens at 8:30am and closes at 3pm.
• Upon entering the VIP tent, you will be given a wristband and your ticket will be punched. Please keep both handy throughout the day's VIP experience. You can come and go from the tent throughout the day. You must show your wristband and your ticket upon re-entry. 
• Breakfast, lunch, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. IDs are required to show proof of legal drinking age. 

VIP Shuttles 

VIP Shuttles Provided by Audi

• VIP shuttles will run from 8am–4pm with direct service to Warm Springs and back to the Sun Valley Village. Shuttles will be running all day.
• VIP shuttles will be Audi Q6 e-trons, Audi Q7s, or Sun Valley passenger vans, labeled "Official Shuttle for Stifel Sun Valley Finals".
• If you would like to arrive before the VIP tent opens at 8am, the Warm Springs Day Lodge will open at 7am from March 21st–27th.
• Shuttles are first come first served; no reserving. 
• You must display one VIP ticket per person to board the shuttle from the Sun Valley Village and display a VIP wristband to board the shuttle from Warm Springs back to the Village.
• A select number of vehicles will be equipped with ski racks.
• There will be no shuttles running on March 24th (no race events on this day).
• Note: VIP pick-up and drop off at the Warm Springs race venue will be at the lower parking lot shown on the Finish Area map below. There will be signs labeled 'VIP Shuttle Pick-Up' at the Village and Warm Springs locations.

Lift Tickets*

*If you added lift tickets onto your VIP package

• Your tickets can be used anytime from March 18th–27th, 2025.
• Pre-purchased lift tickets will be loaded onto a lift access card. You can pick these up at Event Registration by providing the purchaser's name. 
• If you did not pre-purchase lift tickets at the time of your VIP package purchase, bring your VIP ticket to any ticket window for a discounted ticket rate.
